Are busy mornings making breakfast feel like a chore? If you often find yourself rushing out the door or relying on a quick meal that doesn't quite hit the mark, you're not alone. This is an amazing recipe for vegan chocolate overnight oats that's not just a treat for your taste buds but also a time-saver for your busy lifestyle. Perfect for those who want a healthy breakfast without the hassle, this recipe is designed to give you energy for the day ahead while satisfying your chocolate cravings.

Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
2 tbsp of cocoa or cacao powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract or paste
1/2 tbsp of ground flax seeds
1/2 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of maple or date syrup (agave also works well here)
1 cup plant based milk (any works)
Instructions
Measure all dry ingredients and place them in a container with a lid (I use a 16oz jar.)
Measure the wet ingredients and add them to the dry ingredients.
Stir them together in the jar or put the lid on the container and give it a good shake mixing the ingredients thoroughly.
Store overnight in the fridge and enjoy the next morning.
Notes
Can separate into smaller portions for snacks. I have been known to go through phases with these.
Make multiple at once for breakfast all week. These are good for up to 5 days in the fridge.
If desired, you can add fruit, chopped nuts, yogurt, or whip cream on top.
