There are times when you crave a flavorful salsa that complements any dish. It's fantastic on grilled foods, tacos, tostadas, vegan eggs, toast, or enjoyed solo with chips, crackers, and more.

Ingredients
1 Jalapeno
1 Red bell pepper
2-3 Ripe mangoes
1/3 cup chopped cilantro (best with fresh also works with dried)
Heaping pinch of sea salt (add enough to taste)
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 small red onion or half of one large red onion
Instructions
Dice all fruit and vegetables and place them in a bowl.
The size of the pieces should be what you would like to see on a chip or as a topping. Usually the smaller the better.
Add salt and stir thoroughly.
Cut and measure cilantro and add to the bowl.
Zest lime into bowl.
Cut lime and juice it into the bowl.
Stir thoroughly and taste using a spoon or a chip.
If more salt is needed, add more, stir thoroughly, and taste again.
